Refund Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Bonframe offers a fourteen-day refund request window for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights that apply to you. Where Polar is Merchant of Record, Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms also apply.

1. Fourteen-day request window

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase. The window begins when the transaction is completed and the license or access is delivered.

For a perpetual or annual license, approved refunds require the license to be deactivated and use of the refunded software entitlement to stop.

2. Day passes, renewals, and exceptions

An unused day pass may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase. A day pass that has been activated or consumed is normally non-refundable unless required by law or the product was materially defective.

Renewal charges may be considered when requested within fourteen days of renewal and the renewed entitlement has not been materially used. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and verified technical incompatibility will be reviewed individually.

For transactions where Polar is Merchant of Record, you may also refer to the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms.

3. How to request a refund

For purchases processed by Polar, reply to the Polar purchase receipt or review the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms. You may also contact [email protected] with the order email and transaction reference.

Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, private media, or license secrets by email.

4. Processing and statutory rights

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution.

Polar may make the final refund determination for transactions where it acts as Merchant of Record. This Policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
